I for one am looking forward to this weekend.
I am going to sleep in.
I am going to catch up with my duties.
I am going to relax.
While I am making plans, right??
Here is something I have been playing with lately.
Look at that smirk on the seagull's face.
I love these and they are so fun. They are not very tall, about 3" and 2" wide at the widest point.
I can not decide if I want to antique him or not. What do you think?
I really like him the way he is.
Someone suggested I add a little poop to the heart. ;-D
I actually like that idea!
Wait for the next one. ;-D
Have a great weekend everyone.
I am feeling a bit better. Still trying to take care of myself. Thank you all so much for the healing energy.
Do not forget the giveaway.

I am in this ocean thing, aren't I?
Ha ha poop on the heart - might just make it the reason he is smirking!! Like him as he is - except I think you should add the poop too!!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE the sculpture you created Marie! I like how you have the crab climbing up the heart toward the bird. I think it would look fantastic antiqued, but I also like it just the way it is... I guess I'm no help! LOL!
ReplyDeleteMarie, I am happy to hear that you are feeling better ;o) This little seagull is adorable! Poop on the heart?? LOL!! Too funny! Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteJust make sure that you take time to relax and recharge those batteries. Want to keep that healing going.
ReplyDeleteMaybe a very light antiquing? Just enough to bring up the tiny details?
ReplyDeleteI do love the expression....just like Sweet Pea after escaping her cage yesterday and soaring through the studio, giving me heart failure (well, close---fat flopping...it's the same, right?)
Too cute!
XXOO~~
Anne
He is just lovely, Marie!
ReplyDeleteI agree--just a touch of antiquing--maybe leave the seagull alone? Very cute design.
ReplyDeleteMarie it is amazing to me how you create such wonders.

I just love your little statuary. I think it's perfect as is. :) I can't wait to see more of these. They are so whimsical and fun! :)
ReplyDeleteLove, love, love that seagull. I agree with Anne ~ just a light antiquing would look terrific.
ReplyDeleteYour seagul creation is very funny and beautiful!
