This is continued from part 1
Now for the more later...
I added the lattice to the bottom, it is only glued across the bottom and the sides so it can hold a picture.
I added some more trim to the right hand top.
This whole page reminds me of steamboats for some reason.
I like the way this page turned out. I love keys, so there you are!
There is a pocket here and it holds a tag. I used 2 of those metal pieces (20 pc Triad Filigree Gold Color $5.00) hubby has and glued them back to back to make a tag pull. Just had to cut off the rings on the bottom with a pair of dikes.
Love, love, love, the way this turned out.
Now this is one of the best papers with that ladies face. I added the burgundy trim and gate on the other side, they will both hold pictures or journal cards.
The watch comes out so you can write on it.
And there are cards on either end to put pictures on or write on if you wish.
As Laura (She has some great projects up there now) says "there is tons of real estate in this album"
There is a card sticking out of the top and that is a pocket that is hidden between the pages.
Remember this? It gets moved, but that is a Tim Holtz gear die cut. Tim really has some awesome stuff for steampunk right now! I loved it all.
Another page and pocket in progress.
OMG I just love the writing.
There are 3 pockets here and something in each one. That long one is a chipboard tag with more of hubby's metal on it.
The tag has a watch face that is only glued on the side and the gear is from Tim's die cuts and comes free, it is not glued at all. Little metal flourish on the bottom is from hubby too.
Those little metal cars are available too.
Here is a closer view.
Not done yet at all.
Stay tuned there is more...

Steampunk Mini ala Jodi and Marie, plus the WINNERS ARE
We watched Laura at the Paper Trail"s Ustream video's for the instructions on this mini. It is a #10 envelope Mini album. I had also watched several of the older http://www.youtube.com/user/FollowThePaperTrail.
We used 6 black envelopes each.
Mine is the top one and Jodi's the bottom one.
We made some die cuts and punched some punches.
This is one of my favorite pages. I love clock faces and writing. Oh, and then there is the black and white thing. I used a lot of decorative metal that my husband carries in his online store. You can see some of the stuff on my site. I used all three findings on the bottom on the right. I also have the flourish in gold and silver that is around the clock face in the picture above on the left of the mini. I have the old fashioned cars that are on the bottom right in the picture above. These findings turned out to be a huge asset, you will see more of them in future pictures.
Oh and this page is another favorite. More happens to it later, the gear card in the pocket moves to a different place too.
Well, I shall show you more later.
And the winners are...
for the 17th giveaway and the two romantic hearts are...
1st winner is...
Faerie Moon Creations
the 2nd winner is...
Elizabeth

We used 6 black envelopes each.
We sealed them, cut them and scored them and then folded them.
We added some papers, a lot of the paper is Graphic 45 paper.

Monday Updates- Another week
I am exhausted, blissfully, and my hands are so dry from the paper.
It started on Friday night, I got to Jodi's about 9pm and we started right away. We finished the birdhouses that night.
I always bring my homemade Hummus. I do have to say that I think it is the best hummus I have ever eaten in my life and I have eaten tons of it, even in Israel.
It was very, very good in Israel, very good, but I like mine better (IMHO). We ate hummus and chips and made a huge mess. I was feeling totally gratefully for the place to escape to, the companionship from one of my favorite people, the craft craziness, and the good food.
What a mess. I am going to post more tomorrow with the winners to the 17th giveaway!!
I just wanted to let you know I was still alive!
Talk to you tomorrow!
Have a great night.

Lucky, lucky me.

| This is the table about 12 midnight |
We stayed up till 3 am. Crazy, I know, and Jodi had been up since 5 am that morning.
She adores paper, it revs her right up. You can feel the love of it coming right off of her like waves when something floats her boat or she shows you something new.
We laughed and laughed and time flew by, I do not think either one of us realized what time it was.
When we finished the houses we started to make a small 10# envelope mini.
We had been planning to do something Steampunk.
She likes it too, but this is something that truly floats my boat.
