Today is special, Happy Birthday!

Today is the day that two beautiful women were born 24 years apart. I am sure many more were born this day, but these two are special to me and it has been a little over a year since they both died.
A month and a half apart.
I would like to take a moment to remember them.
My Mother-in-Love, Rosalie, Happy Birthday Mom, we all miss you very much.
We are all doing pretty well and Madi says "hi". She still remembers you.
Your son is doing very well. Look out for him please.
I miss you and I am learning.
Happy Birthday my dear blog friend Renee, I can not believe it has been a year already. Thank you for spending your precious time with me. Knowing you changed my whole life.
I miss you and I am learning.

I did not know until the end that these two ladies were born on the same day and when I found out it didn't surprise me at all.
They were both very honest, good mothers, unique, teachers, and extremely loving.
Both of their names start with R.
They both died from breast cancer.
I will miss you both for the rest of my life.
Love and Kisses MOM.
Renee, I love you my pretty.

Happy Birthday my loves

Today is my mother in laws Birthday. She would have been 80 years old. She died from breast cancer on February 2nd, 2010.
My MIL was smart, a strong and loving woman, and a little psychic.
My MIL was also blatantly honest and expressed her opinion, whether you liked it or not.

Today is Renee Kahn's http://www.circlingmyhead.blogspot.com/  Birthday. She would have been 54 years old and she also died from breast cancer on March 9th, 2010.
Renee was strong, a smart and loving woman, and a little psychic.
Renee was also blatantly honest and expressed her opinion, whether you liked it or not.

Thank you ladies for your time and friendship, you are loved and dearly missed.
Happy Birthday!

Goodnight my Pretty- I love you Renee, welcome home.

I had closed this to comments because of my pain. I didn't feel I could answer the love. I realized it is not just my pain and I need the love.
Renee is making her journey home. I love you my pretty. Thank you so much for the time and care that you gave me so willingly. Thank you for your encouragement and candor. Thank you for your humor and friendship. Thank you for showing me what grace is. Thank you for showing me what courage is.
Thank you for showing me how to believe in my self.
I am forever better having met you.

I hear in the distance a voice so familiar.

"Hellooooooo......Renee! We have been waiting for you. I know it is hard to leave those you love. You can sit and watch over them here. We have missed  you so much my dear and have been so eager to have you home again. The world begins and ends with you. You are so cherished and loved here. The sun rises and sets with your breath. Take my hand, come with me... your pain is over but your love is stronger than ever now."

Madi here- tell everyone you know

I got something to tell you!!!!
My Auntie Renee is having a giveaway.
Her page is here: http://circlingmyhead.blogspot.com/
I get so excited when Gramma lets me tell you what is up.
This is one of the best giveaways Gramma has ever seen. Me too!
Auntie Renee has posted 500 times and is giving away art work from a wonderful and talented artist named Tessa Edwards.
http://circlingmyhead.blogspot.com/2009/10/500th-post-giveaway.html
This is the link that will tell you the whole story about the giveaway. Hurry.
You only have to the 27th of October too.

Tessa's page is here: http://aerialarmadillo.blogspot.com/
Her art work is not expensive and she uses lots of beautiful colors.
Aunite Renee said "My dear friend Tessa has been selling her prints and donating 100% of the proceeds to help save the lives of children in Swaziland."

and this is a picture that my Auntie Ces drew of Tessa
you can read the story at Auntie Ces' blog here:

She looks like a beautiful lady doesn't she? She is though, inside and out, if she is helping kids.
Kids with out parents and grandparents.
I can not imagine what it would be like to be with out my mom and my Gramma and Papa.

All of this, no matter how you do it, benifits my gramma's friend, Dr. Maithri, who helps kids like me in another country far away!
Auntie Renee said this:
"His name is Maithri (My3) Goonetilleke and he has a dream. He has a dream that I believe in. His dream is for the people of Swaziland to have running water and food to eat; a dream where children can actually survive childhood.

Maithri is instrumental in the group ‘Possible Dreams International’ and their website is http://possibledreamsinternational.org/

Maithri’s blog is ‘The Soaring Impulse’ and his website is http://www.soaringimpulse.com/ .
If you have not visited him yet, you really are missing out on an important young man."

Gramma says "it takes a village to raise children"
and I say "It takes the world to help them"
Madi out! I love you guys!
See you soon.
Oh ya, tell everyone you know!!

3rd Giveaway- the Renee Bracelet- Life and Death

Life and Death- This 3rd giveaway is influenced by a dear blog friend, Renee. Renee has Inflammatory Breast Cancer (IBC), she is the same age as I am, and you can share her story on her web page here, http://circlingmyhead.blogspot.com/ . She talks about her real life and experiences dealing with this disease. I have learned a lot from this woman and consider her a sister-friend through the connection of the blogs and I love her.
This is a copper wire bracelet with Cernit polymer clay beads and each bead is made by me and the wire wrapping I did myself. It is wrapped and made with prayers, love, and good intentions for Renee, it has big JUJU kids.
There is also a condition to this giveaway and I trust you, on your honor for all that is good, that you will follow these rules before you comment on this post. Yep, this is the one; I am going to make you do tricks.
1. You will have to take the time to go and visit Renee's blog http://circlingmyhead.blogspot.com/ and read at least two of the entries. If so inclined proceed to show her the love.
2. You will have to offer up a prayer, a good intention, a loving or healing thought for Renee and her family.
That is all I ask, for together we are stronger and can heal and start to change this crazy world we have had a part in making. I believe in this and I want you to believe in you and your power to change things. There is nothing I can do to change Renee's situation but this and I do believe with your energy, we can help me do something. I do believe in magic, I do, I do!
You can also read about why I am having giveaways
This giveaway will close on August 19th at 6 PM PDT.
Thank you.
Blog about this and post the link here and I will give you another entry.
