Happy Valentine's day and Happy Birthday Honey

You still have a few hours for my OWOH giveaway here http://mariesegal.blogspot.com/2010/02/11th-giveaway-one-world-one-heart.html
Happy Valentine's day all of you. Thank you all so much for visiting on the One World One Heart (OWOH)magical mystical blog tour. Thank you to my regular readers for visiting too.
It is only a few hours till I draw the lucky winners.

It  has been a dramatic week for my whole family.
The loss of our loving mother, mother in law, grandmother, great-grandmother Rosalie, she will be dearly missed by all of us.
My sisters in laws and I, started cleaning out her apartment yesterday and going through so many things, that brought so many memories with them. It was a very bi-polar kind of day.
Up and down and good and bad.

Also My husband Howard's 60th birthday is today, Happy Birthday Honey, I love you dearly.
Valentine's day has never really been a big holiday for me. When your husband has his birthday on Valentine's day, the birthday takes priority, as it rightly should.
I love him 365 so it seems a bit redundant. I say it 365 so...
He is sad and it breaks my heart.

My blog sister friend Renee is also in the hospital and I am worried about her. Please send whatever good thoughts and prayers her way.
She also lost her mother last week.

I have been through waves of emotions, up and down over the last couple of weeks. I am tired.
giveaway, has made the difference for me, it has lifted me when I was down and given me something to do, people to meet, to talk to, and many that sent me understanding and so much comfort.
I am so grateful to Lisa Swifka OWOH organizer and conceptualizer. She has done a very good thing, with a very good and clear intent, and lovely way to meet new people and bloggers besides what it has done for me.
So happy Valentine's day to all of you, I love you 365. Thank you all so much, and I am so grateful and thankful for each and every one of you.

there is nothing better than to appreciate the people who love you and the connections and opportunties that bring you happiness. i'd say you are well ahead of the game on both counts.

  4. Thank you kj, everything just kind of fell out when I wrote it and maybe I got what I was trying to say then.
I feel a little lost and raw, but am not falling on the floor ;-D. Just a little overwhelmed.
Sometimes life just seems too much. All at once too.
I continue to look for the brightest spots in my life and choose joy.

  6. Dearest Marie, The Universe has chosen YOU as the winner of my OWOH teacup. Seriously. Honestly. And I had to count backwards from the last comment up three times, and it is YOU!!!
**squeals with delight** I have your P.O. Box address...is that where I should sent the tea cup???

The cleaning out of the home is draining. Happy, sad, funny at times. We found my MIL's pills that she never took stuffed inside stacking measuring cups! I like to think she did that just to make us giggle. All my love to you, Deb

  8. 365, 24, 7. Awww, Marie dearest. So much sadness. It surely is tough going through belongings. I do hope you can find a little therapeutic solace in it. What's toughest, I think, is to see your loved ones suffer, and to see them brokenhearted. You are in my thoughts.

Happy birthday to your wonderful husband. This little heart creature says it all. He's so cute, parading around with his one eye. :)

OOOH! You won Deborah's teacup! Congratulations!!!
