African Trade Beads- Part 9c the fourth giveaway

There are 8 parts to the African trade bead how to's, you can see all of the links below. I have more but I am going to take a little break right now.

Even though it appears that I working, I am taking a break. My grand daughter is crazy, she is making me crazy and I have no silence in my life, not one bit. There is constant chatter, there is some toy making noise, there is cartoons, there are meltdowns like the end of the universe, there is whimpering like a dog, she says the same thing over and over again, at least 20 times, in the voice of a munchkin, she will push the same button on a toy over and over again so it does the same thing a hundred times, she jumps up and down over and over again, she pretends that she is an instrument and squeals at decibels that are not met for human ears, almost at the point of shattering glass, she will stand in the middle of the room and completely freak about her paci, and it is right at her feet, I tell her not to do something and she runs with it away from me every time, she will not lay down for a nap, ever, and will fall asleep leaning on me and I pick her up to put her in bad and she wakes up like she has had ten hours of sleep and starts all over again, I love her, but I am slipping, losing my mind slowly, please, someone tell me that this is only a stage and that there is an end in sight. Help!

10 match small buttons with metal shanks and frames, from my favorite cane.
I made those. They are 1/4"thick and 1/2" in diameter,
I sell the button shank findings with out clay in them in the Hoarders Closet!

  2. Those buttons are adorable. Count me in for the giveaway. About your grand daughter... yes, you know is a stage. It will be over. How old is she? Although some other stage will come. You should take a break from her every now and then to recharge batteries. These are the moments we recall when they are in their early adulthood.

  7. my dearest friend, she is normal and it is a stage.

i don't think i could do what you do, marie. i am exhausted after one night and two days with my boys. there is not a second of peace when they are awake.

does that help? no! sympathy only goes so far, right? you need a break. i don't know how that is to happen but i your friend says you need one entire day a week, maybe even two, for your own sweet self.

    :^)
    with love
