Happy Friday

I for one am looking forward to this weekend.
I am going to sleep in.
I am going to catch up with my duties.
I am going to relax.
While I am making plans, right??
Here is something I have been playing with lately.
Look at that smirk on the seagull's face.
I love these and they are so fun. They are not very tall, about 3" and 2" wide at the widest point.
I can not decide if I want to antique him or not. What do you think?
I really like him the way he is.
Someone suggested I add a little poop to the heart. ;-D
I actually like that idea!
Wait for the next one. ;-D
Have a great weekend everyone.
I am feeling a bit better. Still trying to take care of myself. Thank you all so much for the healing energy.
Do not forget the giveaway.

  1. Ha ha poop on the heart - might just make it the reason he is smirking!! Like him as he is - except I think you should add the poop too!!

  2. I LOVE the sculpture you created Marie! I like how you have the crab climbing up the heart toward the bird. I think it would look fantastic antiqued, but I also like it just the way it is... I guess I'm no help! LOL!

  5. Maybe a very light antiquing? Just enough to bring up the tiny details?
I do love the expression....just like Sweet Pea after escaping her cage yesterday and soaring through the studio, giving me heart failure (well, close---fat flopping...it's the same, right?)
    Too cute!

  6. I agree--just a touch of antiquing--maybe leave the seagull alone? Very cute design.
